Romans 14:19

19So then let us apursue what makes for peace and for bmutual upbuilding.

1 Corinthians 3:9-15

9For we are cGod’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, dGod’s building.

10 eAccording to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a ffoundation, and gsomeone else is building upon it. Let each one take care how he builds upon it. 11For no one can lay a hfoundation other ithan that which is laid, jwhich is Jesus Christ. 12Now if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw 13 keach one’s work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed lby fire, and mthe fire will test what sort of work each one has done. 14If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, nhe will receive a reward. 15If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, obut only as through fire.

1 Corinthians 14:4-5

4The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but the one who prophesies builds up the church. 5Now I want you all to speak in tongues, but peven more to prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be built up.

1 Corinthians 14:12

12So with yourselves, since you are eager for manifestations of the Spirit, strive to excel in building up the church.

1 Corinthians 14:26

Orderly Worship

26What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has qa hymn, ra lesson, sa revelation, ta tongue, or uan interpretation. vLet all things be done for building up.

2 Corinthians 10:8

8For even if I boast a little too much of wour authority, which the Lord gave for building you up and not for destroying you, I will not be ashamed.

2 Corinthians 12:19

19Have you been thinking all along that we have been defending ourselves to you? It is xin the sight of God that we have been speaking in Christ, and yall for your upbuilding, beloved.

2 Corinthians 13:10

10For this reason I write these things while I am away from you, that when I come zI may not have to be aasevere in my use of abthe authority that the Lord has given me for building up and not for tearing down.
