The Example of Christ

1 ^aWe who are strong ^bhave an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

2 Corinthians 12:5-10

5 On behalf of this man I will boast, but on my own behalf I will not boast, ^cexcept of my weaknesses— 6 though if I should wish to boast, ^dI would not be a fool, for I would be speaking the truth; but I refrain from it, so that no one may think more of me than he sees in me or hears from me. 7 So ^eto keep me from becoming conceited because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, ^{▼▼Or hears from me, even because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations. Hebrews 4:15

15 For we do not have a high priest ^pwho is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been ^qtempted as we are, ^ryet without sin.
