17I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles acontrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; bavoid them.

you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, being trained in the words of the faith and of the good doctrine that you have ifollowed.

9Do not be mled away by diverse and strange teachings, for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, nnot by foods, which have not benefited those devoted to them.

2 John 9

9Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, odoes not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching phas both the Father and the Son.
