4Or do you presume on athe riches of his kindness and bforbearance and cpatience, dnot knowing that God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance?

Romans 3:5-8

5But if our unrighteousness serves to show the righteousness of God, what shall we say? That God is unrighteous to inflict ewrath on us? ( fI speak in a human way.) 6By no means! For then how could gGod judge the world? 7But if through my lie God’s truth abounds to his glory, hwhy am I still being condemned as a sinner? 8And why not ido evil that good may come?—as some people slanderously charge us with saying. Their condemnation is just.

Romans 3:31

31Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

Romans 5:20-21
