The Promise Realized Through Faith

13For athe promise to Abraham and his offspring bthat he would be heir of the world did not come through the law but through the righteousness of faith.

Romans 5:20

20Now cthe law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, dgrace abounded all the more,

Romans 6:14

14For esin fwill have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.

Galatians 3:10-14

The Righteous Shall Live by Faith

10For all who rely on works of the law are gunder a curse; for it is written, hCursed be everyone who does not iabide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.” 11Now it is evident that jno one is justified before God by the law, for k“The righteous shall live by faith.”
Or The one who by faith is righteous will live
12But the law is not of faith, rather m“The one who does them shall live by them.” 13Christ nredeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for usfor it is written, oCursed is everyone who is hanged pon a tree”— 14so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might qcome to the Gentiles, so that rwe might receive sthe promised Spirit
Greek  receive the promise of the Spirit
through faith.

Galatians 3:19

19Why then the law? uIt was added because of transgressions, vuntil the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was wput in place through angels xby an intermediary.

Galatians 5:23

23 ygentleness, zself-control; aaagainst such things there is no law.
