Romans 4:16

16That is why it depends on faith, ain order that the promise may rest on grace and bbe guaranteed to all his offspringnot only to the adherent of the law but also to the one who shares the faith of Abraham, cwho is the father of us all,

Galatians 2:21

21I do not nullify the grace of God, for dif righteousness
Or justification
were through the law, fthen Christ died for no purpose.

Galatians 3:18-24

18For if the inheritance comes by the law, it no longer comes by promise; but gGod gave it to Abraham by a promise.

19Why then the law? hIt was added because of transgressions, iuntil the offspring should come to whom the promise had been made, and it was jput in place through angels kby an intermediary. 20Now lan intermediary implies more than one, but mGod is one.

21Is the law then contrary to the promises of God? Certainly not! For nif a law had been given that could give life, then righteousness would indeed be by the law. 22But the Scripture oimprisoned everything under sin, so that pthe promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given qto those who believe.

23Now before faith came, we were held captive under the law, rimprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed. 24So then, sthe law was our tguardian until Christ came, uin order that we might be justified by faith.

Galatians 5:4

4You are vsevered from Christ, wyou who would be justified
Or counted righteous
by the law; yyou have fallen away from grace.

Philippians 3:9

9and be found in him, not having za righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but aathat which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith

Hebrews 7:19

19(for abthe law made nothing perfect); but on the other hand, aca better hope is introduced, through which adwe draw near to God.

Hebrews 7:28

28For the law appoints men aein their weakness as high priests, but the word of the oath, which came later than the law, appoints a Son who has been made afperfect forever.
