Romans 5:2-3

2Through him we have also aobtained access by faith

rejoice

in hope of the glory of God.
3Not only that, but we grejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering hproduces endurance,

Or  brothers and sisters. The plural Greek word adelphoi (translated “brothers”) refers to siblings in a family. In New Testament usage, depending on the context, adelphoi may refer either to men or to both men and women who are siblings (brothers and sisters) in God’s family, the church; also verses 16, 19
when you meet trials mof various kinds,

1 Peter 1:6-8

6In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by nvarious trials, 7so that othe tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes pthough it is tested by qfire—may be found to result in rpraise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 8 sThough you have not seen him, you love him. tThough you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,

1 Peter 4:13

13But rejoice uinsofar as you share Christ’s sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad vwhen his glory is revealed.
