Romans 5:2-5

2 Through him we have also ^aobtained access by faith ^{▼▼Some manuscripts omit by faith} into this grace ^cin which we stand, and ^dwe ^{▼▼Or let us; also verse 3} rejoice ^{▼▼Or boast; also verses 3, 11} in hope of the glory of God. 3 Not only that, but we ^grejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering ^hproduces endurance, 4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, 5 and ⁱhope does not put us to shame, because God’s love ^jhas been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

Romans 8:24-25

24 For ^kin this hope we were saved. Now ^lhope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we ^mwait for it with patience.
