The two Greek terms translated by this phrase refer to the passive and active partners in consensual homosexual acts
10nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11And zsuch were some of you. But aayou were washed, abyou were sanctified, acyou were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

2 Corinthians 7:1

1Since we have these promises, beloved, adlet us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body
