Romans 8:20-21

20 For the creation ^awas subjected to futility, not willingly, but ^bbecause of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that ^cthe creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

Romans 8:23

23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have ^dthe firstfruits of the Spirit, ^egroan inwardly as ^fwe wait eagerly for adoption as sons, ^gthe redemption of our bodies.
