Song of Solomon 2:13

13 aThe fig tree ripens its figs,
and bthe vines are in blossom;
they give forth fragrance.
cArise, my love, my beautiful one,
and come away.

Song of Solomon 2:15

15Catch dthe foxes
Or jackals
for us,
the little foxes
that spoil the vineyards,
ffor our vineyards are in blossom.”

Isaiah 17:11

11though you make them grow
Or  though you carefully fence them
on the day that you plant them,
and make them blossom in the morning that you sow,
yet the harvest will flee away
Or  will be a heap

in a day of grief and incurable pain.

Ezekiel 17:6-10

6and it sprouted and became a ilow jspreading vine, and its branches turned toward him, and its roots remained where it stood. So it became a vine and produced branches and put out boughs.

7 k“And there was another great eagle with great wings and much plumage, land behold, this vine bent its roots toward him and shot forth its branches toward him from mthe bed where it was planted, that he might water it. 8 nIt had been planted on good soil by abundant waters, that it might produce branches and bear fruit and become a noble vine.

9Say, Thus says the Lord God: oWill it thrive? Will he not pull up its roots and cut off its fruit, so that it withers, so that all its fresh sprouting leaves wither? It will not take a strong arm or many people to pull it from its roots. 10Behold, it is planted; will it thrive? pWill it not utterly wither when the east wind strikes it—wither away on the bed where it sprouted?”
