Song of Solomon 8:11-12

11 Solomon had ^aa vineyard at Baal-hamon;
he ^blet out the vineyard to ^ckeepers;

you, O Solomon, may have the thousand,

The Vineyard of the Lord Destroyed

Come, ^wlet us kill him and have his inheritance.’ 39 And they took him and ^xthrew him out of the vineyard and killed him. 40 ^yWhen therefore the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?” 41 They said to him, ^z“He will put those wretches to a miserable death and ^aalet out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons.”

42 Jesus said to them, ^ab“Have you never read in the Scriptures:
