and the diviners see lies;

and give empty consolation.

3 ^e“My anger is hot against the shepherds,
and ^fI will punish the leaders; ^{▼▼Hebrew the male goats}
for ^hthe Lord of hosts cares for his flock, the house of Judah,
and will make them like his majestic steed in battle.
