The Flock Doomed to Slaughter
1 Open your doors, aO Lebanon,that the fire may devour your cedars!
2Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen,
for the glorious trees are ruined!
Wail, boaks of Bashan,
for the thick forest has been felled!

The Coming Day of the Lord
1Behold, da day is coming for the Lord, when the spoil taken from you will be divided in your midst. 2For eI will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and fthe city shall be taken gand the houses plundered hand the women raped. iHalf of the city shall go out into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city.Mark 13:14
The Abomination of Desolation
14“But when you see jthe abomination of desolation standing where he ought not to be ( klet the reader understand), then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.Luke 13:35

Jesus Foretells Destruction of Jerusalem
20“But vwhen you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that wits desolation has come near.Luke 21:24
24They will fall by the edge of the sword and xbe led captive among all nations, and yJerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles, zuntil the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
