Zec 5:3-4, Mal 3:5 | ESV | STEP | Then he said to me, This is the curse that goes out over the face of the whole land . For everyone who steals shall be cleaned out according to what is on one side , and everyone who swears falsely shall be cleaned out according to what is on the other side .

Zechariah 5:3-4

3 Then he said to me, “This is ^athe curse that goes out over the face of the whole land. For everyone who ^bsteals shall be cleaned out according to what is on one side, and everyone who ^cswears falsely ^{▼▼Hebrew lacks falsely (supplied from verse 4)} shall be cleaned out according to what is on the other side. 4 I will send it out, declares the Lord of hosts, and it shall enter the house of the thief, and the house of ^ehim who swears falsely by my name. And ^fit shall remain in his house and ^gconsume it, both timber and stones.”

Malachi 3:5

5 “Then I will draw near to you for judgment. I will be ^ha swift witness against the sorcerers, against the adulterers, against those who swear falsely, against those ⁱwho oppress the hired worker in his wages, ^jthe widow and the fatherless, against those who thrust aside the sojourner, and do not fear me, says the Lord of hosts.
