Zephaniah 3:13

13 athose who are left in Israel;
they bshall do no injustice
and speak no lies,
cnor shall there be found in their mouth
a deceitful tongue.
dFor they shall graze and lie down,
and none shall make them afraid.”

Zechariah 2:4-5

4and said to him, “Run, say to that young man, eJerusalem shall be inhabited fas villages without walls, because of gthe multitude of people and livestock in it. 5And I will be to her ha wall of fire all around, declares the Lord, and I will be the glory in her midst.’”

Zechariah 3:10

10In that day, declares the Lord of hosts, every one of you will invite his neighbor to come iunder his vine and under his fig tree.”

Zechariah 14:9-11

9And jthe Lord will be king over all the earth. kOn that day the Lord will be lone and mhis name one.

10 nThe whole land shall be turned into a plain from oGeba to pRimmon south of Jerusalem. But qJerusalem shall remain aloft ron its site from sthe Gate of Benjamin to the place of the former gate, to tthe Corner Gate, and from uthe Tower of Hananel to the king’s winepresses. 11And it shall be inhabited, for vthere shall never again be a decree of utter destruction.
The Hebrew term rendered  decree of utter destruction refers to things devoted (or set apart) to the Lord (or by the Lord) for destruction
xJerusalem shall dwell in security.
