הָאֱלֹהִים אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּר מִקֶּדֶם פְּעָמִים רַבּוֹת וּבְפָנִים שֹׁנִים אֶל־אֲבֹתֵינוּ בְּיַד הַנְּבִיאִים דִּבֶּר אֵלֵינוּ בְּאַחֲרִית הַיָּמִים הָאֵלֶּה בְּיַד בְּנוֹ׃
God, after He
aspoke long ago to the
fathers in
bthe
prophets in many portions and
cin many ways,

אֲשֶׁר־נְתָנוֹ לְיוֹרֵשׁ כֹּל וְגַם־עָשָׂה בְיָדוֹ אֶת־הָעוֹלָמוֹת׃

at the end of these days ein
these last days fhas
spoken to us
▼▼Or
in the person of a
Son; lit
in Son in
His hSon,
whom He
appointed iheir of
all things,
jthrough whom He
also made the
▼ lworld.

וְהוּא זֹהַר כְּבוֹדוֹ וְצֶלֶם יֵשׁוּתוֹ וְנוֹשֵׂא כֹל בִּדְבַר גְּבוּרָתוֹ וְאַחֲרֵי עֲשׂתוֹ בְנַפְשׁוֹ טָהֳרַת חַטֹּאתֵינוּ יָשַׁב לִימִין הַגְּדֻלָּה בַּמְּרוֹמִים׃
▼And He is the
radiance of His
glory and the
exact nrepresentation of His
nature, and
▼ pupholds all things by
▼the
word of His
power. When He had
made rpurification of
sins, He
ssat down at the
right hand of the
tMajesty on
high,

וַיִּגְדַּל מְאֹד מִן־הַמַּלְאָכִים כַּאֲשֶׁר הַשֵּׁם אֲשֶׁר נְחָלוֹ יָקָר הוּא מִשֶּׁלָּהֶם׃
having
become so
much better than the
angels, to the
extent that He has
inherited a
more excellent uname than they.

כִּי אֶל־מִי מִן־הַמַּלְאָכִים אָמַר מֵעוֹלָם בְּנִי אַתָּה אֲנִי הַיּוֹם יְלִדְתִּיךָ וְעוֹד אֲנִי אֶהְיֶה־לּוֹ לְאָב וְהוּא יִהְיֶה־לִּי לְבֵן׃
For to
which of the
angels did He
ever say,
“

ou are My Son,
Today I
have fathered You”?
And
again,
“
wI
will be a F
ather to Him And H
e will be a S
on to Me”?

וּבַהֲבִיאוֹ אֶת־הַבְּכוֹר שֵׁנִית לָעוֹלָם אֹמֵר וְהִשְׁתַּחֲווּ־לוֹ כָּל־אֱלֹהִים׃
And
▼when He
again ybrings the
firstborn into
▼ aathe
world, He
says,
“
abA
nd let all the angels of G
od worship Him.”

הֵן עַל־הַמַּלְאָכִים הוּא אֹמֵר עֹשֶׂה מַלְאָכָיו רוּחוֹת מְשָׁרְתָיו אֵשׁ לֹהֵט׃
And regarding the
angels He
says,
“

e makes H
is angels winds,
And H
is ministers a flame of fire.”

אַךְ עַל־הַבֵּן אֹמֵר כִּסְאֲךָ אֱלֹהִים עוֹלָם וָעֶד שֵׁבֶט מִישֹׁר שֵׁבֶט מַלְכוּתֶךָ׃
But regarding the
Son He says, “

our throne,
God,
is forever and ever,

nd the scepter of righteousness is the scepter of ▼H
is kingdom.

אָהַבְתָּ צֶּדֶק וַתִּשְׂנָא רֶשַׁע עַל־כֵּן מְשָׁחֲךָ אֱלֹהִים אֱלֹהֶיךָ שֶׁמֶן שָׂשׂוֹן מֵחֲבֵרֶיךָ׃
“

ou have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;

herefore God,
Your God,
has ahanointed You W
ith the oil of joy above Y
our companions.”

וְעוֹד אַתָּה אֲדֹנָי לְפָנִים הָאָרֶץ יָסַדְתָּ וּמַעֲשֵׂה יָדֶיךָ שָׁמָיִם׃
And,
“
aiYou,
Lord,
in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,

nd the heavens are the works of Y
our hands;

הֵמָּה יֹאבֵדוּ וְאַתָּה תַעֲמֹד וְכֻלָּם כַּבֶּגֶד יִבְלוּ׃

hey will perish,
but Y
ou remain;

nd they all will ▼wear out like a garment,

כַּלְּבוּשׁ תַּחֲלִיפֵם וְיַחֲלֹפוּ וְאַתָּה הוּא וּשְׁנוֹתֶיךָ לֹא יִתָּמּוּ׃
amA
nd like a robe Y
ou will roll them up;

ike a garment they will also be changed.
But Y
ou are anthe same,
And Y
our years will not come to an end.”

וְאֶל־מִי מִן־הַמַּלְאָכִים אָמַר מֵעוֹלָם שֵׁב לִימִינִי עַד־אָשִׁית אֹיְבֶיךָ הֲדֹם לְרַגְלֶיךָ׃
But to
which of the
angels has He
ever said,
“

our enemies A
footstool for Y
our feet”?

הֲלֹא־הֵם כֻּלָּם רוּחוֹת הַשָּׁרֵת שְׁלוּחִים לְעֶזְרָה בְּעַד הָעֲתִידִים לָרֶשֶׁת אֶת־הַיְשׁוּעָה׃
Are they not
all aqministering spirits,
sent out to
provide service for the
sake of
those who
will arinherit assalvation?
