Mat 2:4 and assembling all the chief priests and scribes of the people, he inquired of them where the Christ was to be born.

Mat 16:21 From that time Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised.

Mat 27:1 When morning came, all the chief priests and the elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death.

Mat 27:3 Then when Judas, his betrayer, saw that Jesus was condemned, he changed his mind and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders,
Mat 27:6 But the chief priests, taking the pieces of silver, said, “It is not lawful to put them into the treasury, since it is blood money.”

Mar 14:61 But he remained silent and made no answer. Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?”
Mar 14:63 And the high priest tore his garments and said, “What further witnesses do we need?

Mar 14:66 And as Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the servant girls of the high priest came,

Mar 15:1 And as soon as it was morning, the chief priests held a consultation with the elders and scribes and the whole council. And they bound Jesus and led him away and delivered him over to Pilate.
Mar 15:3 And the chief priests accused him of many things.
Mar 15:10 For he perceived that it was out of envy that the chief priests had delivered him up.
