Isa 13:3 I myself have commanded my consecrated ones,
and have summoned my mighty men to execute my anger,
my proudly exulting ones.
Isa 22:2 you who are full of shoutings,
tumultuous city, exultant town?
Your slain are not slain with the sword
or dead in battle.
Isa 23:7 Is this your exultant city
whose origin is from days of old,
whose feet carried her
to settle far away?
Isa 24:8 The mirth of the tambourines is stilled,
the noise of the jubilant has ceased,
the mirth of the lyre is stilled.
Isa 32:13 for the soil of my people
growing up in thorns and briers,
yes, for all the joyous houses
in the exultant city.
Zep 2:15 This is the exultant city
that lived securely,
that said in her heart,
I am, and there is no one else.”
What a desolation she has become,
a lair for wild beasts!
Everyone who passes by her
hisses and shakes his fist.
Zep 3:11 “On that day you shall not be put to shame
because of the deeds by which you have rebelled against me;
for then I will remove from your midst
your proudly exultant ones,
and you shall no longer be haughty
in my holy mountain.
