Micah 4:4

4And a man will sit under his vine and under his fig tree, and there will be no one to fear, for the mouth of the Lord of hosts has spoken.
4:4The phrase ‘et non erit qui deterreat’ literally says ‘and there will not be (anyone) who frightens (them).’ The words in parentheses are implied. The phrasing in Latin is more terse than that, so a better phrasing in English is one that is also terse, but less literal: ‘and there will be no one to fear.’(Conte)
