He says he was caught up into paradise and heard things that cannot be spoken by men. These were holy secrets that humans are not allowed to tell ( How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter , 2 Corinthians 12:3–4 ). This reminds us that some things of God are too wonderful for us now, and we should trust what He has revealed in His word (2 Peter 1:19 ).
