‏ James 1:26

v. 26: James warns, “If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain” (James 1:26 a). If someone claims to be a Christian, but does not control what they say, their religion is empty. True faith is shown by self-control, especially with our words.
