Zedekiah himself will be taken prisoner, brought before King Nebuchadnezzar, and led away to Babylon. The prophet Ezekiel also said Zedekiah would not see Babylon, which came true because his eyes were put out before he arrived (Jeremiah 34:2-3; Ezekiel 12:13 ).
