Job 13:27
v. 27: Job says that God is watching everything he does and punishing him for every little mistake. You put my feet in the stocks and watch all my paths; you set a limit for the soles of my feet. He feels trapped and closely watched, as if God punishes him immediately for every error. Even so, God is more merciful than Job thinks, and He does not treat us as our sins deserve (Psalm 130:3 a).
