‏ Mark 10:33-34

v. 33–34: Jesus told the disciples what would happen to him, saying, The Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death. They will deliver him to the Gentiles, who will mock him, spit on him, scourge him, and kill him. And on the third day, he will rise again (Mark 10:33–34 a). Jesus knew all the details of his suffering and still willingly went forward, showing his love and obedience. But he also gave hope by speaking of his resurrection.
