Mar 4:23 | MHM | STEP | v. 23-25 : Jesus urged his listeners to pay attention, saying, “If any man have ears to hear, let him hear” (Mark 4:23 ). He added, “Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you” (Mark 4:24 ). This means that the effort we put into understanding and applying God’s word will determine how much we benefit from it. Those who use their knowledge of God’s word will receive more, but those who neglect it will lose even what they have (Mark 4:25 ).
