‏ Philippians 3:6

v. 6: Paul adds that he was a Pharisee, known for strict obedience to the law, and was zealous enough to persecute the church. He says, Touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless (Philippians 3:6 a). In his old way of thinking, Paul believed he was righteous because of his dedication to Jewish law.
