Sometimes, a friend can help us even more than a brother ( a friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity , Proverbs 17:17 ). The best example of a faithful friend is Jesus Christ, who sticks closer than a brother (Proverbs 18:24). We should try to be friends to others in the same way he is a friend to us.
