‏ Proverbs 30:4

v. 4: Agur then asks deep questions about God and His works, saying, Who has ascended up into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, if you can tell? . These questions show that no human can fully understand God or control the universe. Some believe this verse points to Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who came down from heaven and returned there (John 1:1, 18; Ephesians 4:9 a). Only God and His Son can do such wonderful things, and we cannot fully comprehend their greatness (Job 28:22; Exodus 3:14 b).
