Psa 12:8 | MHM | STEP | v. 8 : Finally, he observes that when evil people are given power, wickedness spreads everywhere. The wicked walk on every side, when the vilest men are exalted (Psalm 12:8 ). When bad people become leaders, sin becomes bold and common. This brings sadness to everyone who wants to do right (Proverbs 29:2 ). When we read or sing this psalm, we should be sad about the evil we see, thank God for His mercy, and pray that He will make things better in His perfect timing.
