‏ Psalms 32:3

v. 3–4: David remembers the pain he felt when he tried to hide his sin. He says, When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long (Psalm 32:3 a). Not confessing sin made him miserable and weak, both inside and out. God’s hand was heavy on him, and he felt restless and worn out every day. Hiding sin only brought more pain.
