Psa 84:11-12 | MHM | STEP | v. 11 : The psalmist trusts God for everything. He says, The Lord God is a sun and shield . God gives light and guidance like the sun, and He protects like a shield. God gives grace in this life and glory in the next. If we walk uprightly and follow Him, He will not hold back any good thing from us. Both grace and glory are gifts from God, and those who seek Him will have what they truly need (Genesis 15:1 ).

v. 12: Finally, he says that those who trust in the Lord are truly blessed (Psalm 84:12 ^b). Even if we cannot go to God’s house, we can still be happy if we put our faith in God. Our real happiness does not depend only on outward privileges, but on our trust in the Lord of the house.
