Rom 15:4 | MHM | STEP | v. 4 : Paul reminds us, For whatever was written in former days was written for our learning, that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope (Romans 15:4 ). Everything in the Bible is there to teach us. We learn patience and find comfort in God’s Word, which gives us hope. The more we read and trust the Scriptures, the stronger our hope in God becomes. Through patience and the comfort God gives us in the Bible, we can face hard times and look forward to eternal life.
