Rom 2:7-9 | MHM | STEP | v. 7 : “Eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality” (Romans 2:7 ). Those who keep doing good and seek God will receive eternal life.

v. 7: “Eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality” (Romans 2:7 ^a). Those who keep doing good and seek God will receive eternal life.

v. 8: “But to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath” (Romans 2:8 ^b). Those who refuse to obey God and follow their own desires will face God’s anger.

v. 9: “Tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek” . God’s judgment is for everyone who does evil, no matter who they are.
