Instead of remembering their troubles, they will give thanks and rejoice because of God’s blessings. When God turns suffering into blessing, His people should respond with worship and thankfulness (Isaiah 66:10 ). So, God says, “Love the truth and peace” . This means they should be honest and live in harmony with others, enjoying the good things God gives.
