1 Corinthians 10:27
v. 27: Paul continues, “If one of the unbelievers invites you to dinner and you are disposed to go, eat whatever is set before you without raising any question on the ground of conscience”(1 Corinthians 10:27 a). Christians are free to accept invitations from non-believers and eat what is offered without worrying about whether the food was sacrificed to idols. Paul encourages them to show kindness and not create unnecessary conflict by asking too many questions.
