‏ 1 Corinthians 10:28

v. 28-29: However, Paul warns, “But if someone says to you, ‘This has been offered in sacrifice,’ then do not eat it, for the sake of the one who informed you, and for the sake of conscience”(1 Corinthians 10:28-29 a). If someone points out that the food was sacrificed to idols, the Christian should not eat it out of respect for the other person’s conscience. This applies whether the person is a believer who is unsure or an unbeliever who might misunderstand the Christian’s actions as supporting idolatry.
