Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known” (1 Corinthians 13:12 ). Now, our knowledge of God is like looking in a dim mirror—unclear and incomplete. In heaven, we will see God clearly and truly, and we will understand as fully as it is possible for us, just as God already fully knows us (1 John 3:2; Psalm 36:9 ).
