‏ 1 Corinthians 14:7

v. 7: He continues, “Even in the case of lifeless things that make sounds, such as the pipe or harp, how will anyone know what tune is being played unless there is a distinction in the notes?”(1 Corinthians 14:7 a). Paul compares unknown languages to music with no clear notes. If the sounds are not distinct, no one knows what is being played or how to respond.
