Dan 7:13-14 | MHM | STEP | v. 13 : Daniel saw “one like the Son of man” coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of days and was brought near to Him. This “Son of man” is a picture of the Messiah, Jesus, who would be given authority and glory by God (Daniel 7:13; Acts 1:9 ; John 5:27 ).

v. 13: Daniel saw “one like the Son of man” coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of days and was brought near to Him. This “Son of man” is a picture of the Messiah, Jesus, who would be given authority and glory by God (Daniel 7:13; Acts 1:9 ^a; John 5:27 ^b).

v. 14: The Son of man was given power, glory, and a kingdom. All people, nations, and languages would serve Him. His rule would never end, and His kingdom would never be destroyed (Daniel 7:14; Philippians 2:9–10 ^c). This is a promise that Jesus’ kingdom will last forever, no matter what happens in the world.
