Ecclesiastes 12:2
v. 2: While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain(Ecclesiastes 12:2 a). This verse describes old age with poetic language. The sun, moon, and stars represent the brightness and happiness of life. When you become old, these things seem to fade and life can feel darker and more difficult. The "clouds returning after the rain" means that troubles seem to come one after another, with less relief. It is a reminder to value your youth and use it well for God, before the difficulties and sadness of old age arrive.
