Ecc 8:11 | MHM | STEP | v. 11 : Many times, because God does not punish evil quickly, wicked rulers feel free to do even more wrong. Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil . They think they will never be punished and become even bolder in their sins. They forget that God will judge everyone, even if punishment comes slowly.
