Exo 12:39 | MHM | STEP | v. 39 : The Israelites baked unleavened bread from the dough they brought with them. They had to leave Egypt so quickly that there was no time for the bread to rise. They had not even prepared proper food. Even though their first meal was simple, they were happy to be free. This teaches us that serving God is more important than having comfortable food or things.
