Exodus 3:7
Exodus 3:7-10: Compassion of God for the Israelites This passage shows God’s deep compassion for the suffering of His people in Egypt. After many years of hardship, God tells Moses that He has seen and heard everything the Israelites have gone through. Now, God is ready to act and bring them out of Egypt to a good land. He chooses Moses to lead this mission. God’s timing may seem slow to us, but He never forgets His people. When we cry out to Him, He hears us and will answer in His perfect time.v. 7: God tells Moses that He has truly seen the pain and trouble of the Israelites in Egypt. He has heard their cries and knows their suffering (v. 7 a). Even when people cannot speak about their pain, God sees every tear and knows every sorrow.
