Exo 32:9 | MHM | STEP | v. 9-10 : God describes the Israelites as a “stiff-necked people,” meaning they are stubborn and resistant to His ways ( v. 9, 10 ). He says He wants to destroy them completely because of their sin, but He offers to make a great nation out of Moses instead. This shows how serious sin is and that God’s justice is real.
