Exo 33:9 | MHM | STEP | v. 9 : As Moses entered the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar, which symbolized God’s presence, came down and stood at the door of the tent ( v. 9 ). This was a sign that God was still willing to meet with Moses and hear his intercession for the people. Even though the camp had been defiled by sin, God showed mercy by continuing to communicate with Moses on their behalf.
