v. 16-17: Aaron also made the burnt-offering for the people “according to the manner” (Leviticus 9:16 ^c). He offered this after the morning burnt-offering, which was always given first each day (Leviticus 9:17 ^d). This teaches us to keep our regular times of worship, even when there are special events.
