Even the heavens, which seem unchangeable, will be shaken. He says, The sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light . The stars will fall, and the powers of heaven will be shaken (Mark 13:24-25 ). This dramatic imagery shows the complete transformation of creation when Christ returns. These events will outshine anything seen before and will signal the end of the current world order (Isaiah 24:23 ).
