‏ Mark 4:3-9

v. 3-9: Jesus told the parable of the sower. A farmer scattered seed, and it fell on four types of ground: the path, rocky ground, thorny ground, and good soil. Only the seed on the good soil produced a crop. Jesus began with the word “Hearken” and ended with “He that hath ears to hear, let him hear” (Mark 4:3-9 a). This shows the importance of paying attention to his words and seeking to understand them.
