Mat 5:4 | MHM | STEP | v. 4 : Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted (Matthew 5:4 ). Jesus says that those who mourn—especially over their own sins and the brokenness in the world—are blessed. God sees their sorrow and will comfort them, both in this life and especially in the life to come.
